What support did the programme provide?
Via a series of workshops, salons, and 1-to-1 mentoring, the programme cohort had access to a range of tools and resources covering business administration, planning, finances, branding, self-care, and more. The programme delivered over 130 hours of support. And how did the cohort feel after completing the programme?
At the end of the programme, when asked how informed the participants felt about business modelling and goal setting, 100% scored 8 out of 10 or above versus only 35% from the pre-training assessment. One of the lowest pre-training scores, with 4.4/10 on average, was when participants were asked, “How confident would you feel about pitching a business idea today?” in their post training assessments, 100% of participants scored 7/10 or above for an average of 7.9/10, a vast improvement!
