Introducing Joseph Pritchard and Elizabeth Pritchard, owners of Zetetic Pioneering Strategies which provides support around business strategy and, ZPS8 which supports people with their personal and professional development.
Why did you want to be set up at the Coach House?
We live a ten minute walk away! It's central for our clients to visit in person, and well located with Cabot Circus and Stokes Croft both five minutes away. The atmosphere here is informal and the style of the building means that it's a bit like being in the country rather than the middle of Bristol. It's a busy and lively place with lots of coming and going, and always something interesting going on. The confidential nature of our work means that we need an enclosed private space, and our office also has lots of natural light, which we love.
What is your business and who do you support?
We have two businesses:
Zetetic Pioneering Strategies - This business focusses on business strategy. There are two major blocks to your exceptional success - clarity of thinking and the relationships close to you. In fact, key people make or break a strategy. So, we look into your purpose, vision, and values as the unseen pulse and the commercial cornerstone of your strategy.
ZPS8 - This business supports people with their personal and professional development. This is done through one-to-one training and NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) training.
How do you feel being part of the Coach House community?
We are very comfortable here. Our next door neighbour, Roy the Barber, has looked out for us since day one! It's good to be part of a community of small businesses. Our neighbours are friendly and BSWN run the Coach House in a manner that is both friendly and professional. It's good to see all the improvements that are taking place.
