What is your business and who do you support?
My business offers Sports and Remedial Massage, Holistic Massage and Myofascial Release in The Closet, a treatment space in unit 33. I support all types of people in different ways. Such as physical improvements like relaxing tight muscles, improvements to circulation, nervous function and joint mobility; easing many short and long term ailments, such as back pain, arthritis, and insomnia.
My treatments can also help in reducing stress and addressing stress factors, massage can facilitate the switch between sympathetic and autonomic nervous systems, hence allowing both bodies and minds valuable recuperation time. Also emotionally, massage can provide the caring non-intrusive touch clients have often longed for; this can soothe the busy mind, reduce stress and enhance self-esteem.
