Chiara Lodi
Senior Research Officer
In 2018, after completing a MSc in International Relations at the University of Bristol, Chiara started working at BSWN in the areas of research and policy.
Her work focuses on identifying systemic barriers hindering inclusive economic growth and collating evidence for the development of policy recommendations to reduce racial and socio-economic inequality. Chiara has led and contributed to many community-based research projects in the city; namely the Everyday Integration and Explainable AI projects in partnership with the University of Bristol and the Designing a New Social Reality project working closely with Bristol’s voluntary sector representatives and the city's political leadership.
Chiara has a genuine passion for linguistics and writing systems, and a bachelor in Asian Languages, Market and Cultures.“Working for BSWN means constant learning and growth. The organisation has organically expanded its areas of focus across the years, which has translated into opportunities for its staff to work on many different areas from business and economic development, health and care, and the environment. Working for BSWN comes with a new challenge everyday keeping you interested and focused!”
