Organisational Development Consultant

Matt is a researcher, speaker, educator, and organisational development specialist with 25 years of experience in inclusion and equality, reflected in his role as the Director of Wide Open Voices. Driven by Matt’s Doctoral research and extensive work experience, Wide Open Voices sits within the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) space, working to develop a deeper understanding of the dynamics of Privilege and disadvantage within organisations and society at large. Matt currently supports BSWN with strategy development, business planning, and fundraising.
