Martina (Mina) Drobná

Operations Manager

Mina was born in Slovakia and will always be a European citizen at heart. Her role at BSWN has been ever-changing since 2014 when she first began working with our Director, but at the heart of her work has always been the development of the organisation’s operations and supporting its team. Since 2020, Mina has taken on the role of Operations Manager, overseeing the delivery of BSWN’s operations and programmes. Her passion lies in creating meaningful change and positive impact, and supporting our team and the new generation of thinkers and doers in reaching their potential.
