Our 12-week Leadership Development Programme offers tools and insights to navigate change, address racism, and adopt effective leadership strategies. This programme offers experiential learning opportunities to propel your leadership journey forward and navigate change. Make a lasting impact on your community and organisation!

Who is this programme for?

Black & Minoritised community leaders or activists who:

  • Have experience in management/leading capacity they wish to build on OR have aspirations to gain leadership skills in relation to pursuing racial justice in their field

  • Are interest in leading campaigns, causes or organisations that have racial justice at the centre of its outcomes

  • Are based in Bristol or the South West region

  • Are able attend all programme dates online/in-person
