Derek is extremely excited about joining BSWN. He strongly believes that the enterprises who embrace diversity, best unlock the exponential potential of their people, wider communities and society. It is those businesses that hold a key to our own futures. Derek has spent 20 years helping businesses to plan, innovate, manage change, access supportive networks and maximise commercial opportunities. Working extensively with key thought leaders he brings a real insight into the management of complexity and change and the personal challenge facing leaders as they navigate the opportunities and threats of dynamic fast moving marketplaces and conditions.
